निर्माता रविंदर जीत दरीया यांच्या 'मुश्किल-फियर बिहइंड यु' या चित्रपटाच्या रिलीज तारखेपूर्वीच मित्र आणि कुटुंबियांसाठी एक पार्टी आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. अंधेरी पश्चिम येथील प्रसिद्ध सॅटेलाईट द क्लब मध्ये ह्या पार्टीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. चित्रपटातील कलाकार, क्रू आणि इतर अतिथी सेलिब्रिटी संगीताच्या तालावर नाचत आणि स्वादिष्ट पदार्थांचा आनंद घेत दिसले. निर्माते आणि ह्या पार्टीचे होस्ट रविंदर जीत दरीया, चित्रपटाचे मुख्य कलाकार  रजनिश दुग्गल आणि कुणाल रॉय कपूर यांच्यासह दिग्दर्शक राजीव एस रुईया हे सर्वात आधी पोहचले. यानंतर पूजा बिष्ट, नाझिया हुसेन, शफाक नाज, जोर्जिया अँन्ड्रियनि, कुरुष देबू, निकितिन धीर, नवराज हंस  यांनी आपली उपस्थिती नोंदवली.

योगायोगाने, याच वेळी या चित्रपटाच्या टीमने रोमँटिक गाणे 'नैना नैना' लाँच केले. हे गाणे गायले आहे नकुल छवछरिया आणि संगीतबद्ध केले आहे रवी चोप्रा यांनी. ह्या गाण्याचे चित्रीकरण बनारसच्या घाटांत झाले आहे. तसेच हे मधुर गाणे चित्रपटातील प्रेमात पडण्याचा प्रारंभीचा प्रवास दर्शवते.

मशहूर गायिका व पद्मविभूषण आशा भोसले को 'स्वामीरत्न राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार , स्वप्निल जोशी और गीतकार श्री. एन. डी. महानोर को 'स्वामीभूषण राज्य स्तरीय पुरस्कार' से नवाज़ा गया।

श्री स्वामी समर्थ अन्नछत्र मंडळ (ट्रस्ट) अक्कलकोट के 32वें स्थापना दिवस और गुरु पूर्णिमा के मौके पर अक्कलकोट नरेश श्रीमंत विजयसिंहराजे भोसले की स्मृति में पहली बार स्वामीरत्न राष्ट्रीय, स्वामीभूषण राज्य स्तरीय और स्वामीसेवक जिला स्तरीय जैसे तीन पुरस्कारों का वितरण समारोह आयोजित किया गया। पहला स्वामीरत्न पुरस्कार पद्मविभूषण आशा भोसले को दिया गया, तो वहीं मराठी सिनेमा के लोकप्रिय अभिनेता स्वप्निल जोशी और वरिष्ठ कवि-गीतकार एन. डी. महानोर को स्वामीभूषण पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। राष्ट्रीय स्वामीरत्न पुरस्कार के साथ पांच लाख रुपये, मानपत्र, स्मृति चिह्न, स्वामी के कृपावस्त्र, मूर्ती स्वरूप भी प्रदान किये गये। राज्य स्तरीय स्वामीभूषण पुरस्कार में 1 लाख 25 हज़ार रुपये, मानपत्र, स्मृति चिह्न, स्वामी के कृपावस्त्र, मूर्ती जैसी चीजों का समावेश है। लेखक -फिल्मकार अनुषा श्रीनिवासन अय्यर इनका सन्मान अर्पिताराजे अमोलराजे भोसले इनके हाथो किया गया। पद्मश्री पंडित हृदयनाथ मंगेशकर व राज्य गुप्तचर विभाग के‌ अप्पर महासंचालक अतुलचंद्र कुलकर्णी की अध्यक्षता में व अन्नछत्र मंडल के संस्थापक अध्यक्ष जन्मेजयराजे भोसले, प्रमुख कार्यकारी  अमोलराजे भोसले, ए. सिद्धाराम म्हेत्रे की उपस्थिति में ये पुरस्कार प्रदान किये गये। इस मौके पर व्यासपीठ पर जन्मेजयराजे भोसले, अमोलराजे भोसले, अलका भोसले, अर्पिता भोसले, पूर्व नगराध्यक्षा अनिता खोबरे, अनुषा अय्यर, आरती लिंगायत, कृषिभूषण विश्वासराव कचरे, अण्णा थोरात, बालासाहेब धाबेकर, महेश इंगले संतपराव शिंदे, अभय खोबरे, शामराव मोरे, अभय दिवाणजी, चंद्रकांत कापसे आदि उपस्थित थे। इस अवसर पर सभी गणमान्य लोगों ने श्री की प्रतिमा का पूजन व दीप प्रज्ज्वलित किया। इस मौके पर अलका भोसले ने आशा भोसले‌ का स्वागत किया।

आशा भोसले ने कहा, "अक्कलकोट नरेश श्रीमंत विजयसिंहराजे भोसले के स्मरणार्थ अक्कलकोट निवासी ब्रह्मांडनायक स्वामीरत्न राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार मेरे लिए पवित्र और प्रसाद की तरह है। मैं भाग्यशाली हूं कि श्री स्वामी समर्थ के पदस्पर्श से पुनीत हुई इस नगरी में पहली बार कदम रखते ही मुझे इतने भव्य पैमाने पर हुए समारोह में जन्मेजयराजे भोसले द्वारा राष्ट्रीय स्तर का पुरस्कार देकर मुझे सम्मानित किया गया। जन्मेजयराजे भोसले महान कार्य कर रहे हैं और उनका ये धार्मिक कार्य भविष्य में और भी बढ़ता ही जाएगा।" इस तरह ही बातें करते हुए आशा भोसले ने अपने जीवन और अपने द्वारा गाए गये गानों के किस्से भी सुनाए। साथ ही उन्होंने वरिष्ठ कवि महानोर, अभिनेता स्वप्निल जोशी, हृदयनाथ मंगेशकर के कार्यों की भी ख़ूब प्रशंसा की और पुरानी यादों को ताज़ा किया। इसी के साथ ही उन्होंने‌ जीवन के संघर्षों की भी बात की। आशा भोसले ने इंटरव्यू लेनेवाले सुधीर गाडगील द्वारा किये गये सवालों का खुलकर जवाब दिया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने भाव गीत भी गाया।

राज्य स्तरीय पुरस्कारार्थी एन. डी. महानोर ने कहा, "अन्नछत्र मंडल के  अध्यक्ष जन्मेजयराजे भोसले ने ये प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार देकर मुझे अपना स्वामी रूपी आशीर्वाद दिया है। श्रीक्षेत्र अक्कलकोट की 'मिट्टी का टिला मेरे खेतों के टिले में घुलमिल जाएगा', ये कहकर मंगेशकर परिवार द्वारा रचित गाने की जानकारी देते हुए उनके द्वारा रची गई कविता का उल्लेख उन्होंने अपने भाषण में किया। मंगेशकर परिवार का योगदान और जन्मेजयराजे भोसले द्वारा दिये गये इस पुरस्कार को मैं कभी भी भुला नहीं पाऊंगा।"

फ़िल्म‌ अभिनेता स्वप्निल जोशी ने इस मौके पर कहा, "अन्नछत्र मंडल के अध्यक्ष जन्मेजयराजे भोसले द्वारा 'स्वामी का पुरस्कार' देकर मुझे सम्मानित किया है, वो मेरे लिए किसी आशीर्वाद से कम नहीं है। मेरे माता-पिता  का कहना है कि ये पुरस्कार स्वामी के प्रसाद के बराबर है। स्वामी की कृपा के चलते ही मैंने जीवन में कामयाबी हासिल की है। सबसे अहम बात ये है कि आशा भोसले जी और वरिष्ठ कवि एन. डी. महानोर जैसी नामचीन हस्तियों के सानिध्य में मुझे भी ये पुरस्कार प्रदान किया गया। आज इस मंच पर मंगेशकर परिवार भी मौजूद है, जिनके द्वारा आज तक स्वरबद्ध किये गये हर गाने का मैं फ़ैन हूं।" 

अब तक 4000 लोगों का इंटरव्यू ले चुके सुधीर गाडगील को इस समारोह के दौरान सचिव शामराव मोरे के हाथों से सम्मानित किया गया। इस मौके पर हिरकणी संस्था की ओर से भी आशा भोसले को सम्मानित किया गया।

गणेश-करे पाटील ने पुरस्कार में मिली 11,000 रुपये की राशि में ख़ुद अपनी तरफ़ से 11,000 रुपये की राशि जोड़कर कुल 22,000 रुपये की नकद राशि अन्नछत्र मंडल को अन्नदान की रकम के तौर पर जन्मेजयराजे भोसले को सुपुर्द की। स्वामीसेवक जिला स्तरीय पुरस्कार गणेश चिवटे (श्रीमरा प्रतिष्ठान, करमाला), गणेश करे-पाटील (यश कल्याणी ग्रामीण सेवाभावी संस्था, करमाला), हिंदुराव गोरे रॉबिनहुड आर्मी के प्रमुख (सोलापुर) अनु व प्रसाद मोहिते प्रार्थना फाउंडेशन (सोलापुर), नानासाहेब कदम बार्शी को पुरस्कार, स्मृति चिह्न, नकद रकम देकर सभी मान्यवरों को सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम के सूत्र संचालन और अन्नछत्र मंडल द्वारा विश्लेषणात्मक इंटरव्यू की ज़िम्मेदारी सुधीर गाडगील को सौंपी गई थी, तो वहीं श्वेता हुल्ले ने इस मौके पर सभी का आभार जताया।

Rohit Verma to represent India with rainbow of woven cultural colours at India Day Parade, Atlanta – IACA Festival of India

It is not always that the tri-colour manifests itself to accommodate the myriad hues of the rainbow at its resplendent best. But when it does, you can be sure it spells inclusiveness and acceptance of sheer talent!

In this case, the talent we refer to is the amazing designer Rohit Verma who is doing India proud by walking the India Day Parade at Atlanta this August.

Verma, known for the classy Indianness in designs, will be displaying his amazing collection at the IACA Festival of India at Atlanta as well. He declares, "I am excited to be at the illustrious IACA Festival of India. Taking my Indian flag to Atlanta while representing my Indian culture and art gives me immense pleasure. A special thanks to Kamleshji who invited me and the entire team of IACA.”

Speaking about the collection, Verma reveals, “I’ve used different Indian fabrics such as hand-woven Khadi and cotton to represent the true essence of India on the runway. The collection will portray my emotions for India.”

Sudesh Bhosale pays tribute to Kalyanji-Anandji’s Immortal Melodies at Geeton ka Karwan

On Friday, singer Sudesh Bhosale sang unforgettable compositions of music composer Kalyanji-Anandji at Geeton ka Karwaan, a musical evening dedicated to the magical duo. Held at the Shanmukhananda hall, Padmashree Anandji Bhai was in attendance to take the audience back to some spectacular moments of the duo’s thrilling musical journey, at the event.
Sudesh Bhosale belted out some of Kalyanji-Anandji’s popular numbers like Apni Toh Jaise Taise, Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, Yaari Hai Imaan Mera, Salaam-E-Ishq Meri Jaan, Rafta Rafta Dekho Aankh Meri Ladi Hai, Khaike Paan, Mere Angange Mein, Jeevan Se Bhari Teri Aakhein, Neend Na Mujhko Aaye et al. Reminisced an emotional Sudesh Bhosale, “Kalyanji-Anandji will always hold a special place in my heart! Career-wise, I owe them a lot. They would always encourage me to sing in different voices.”

Sudesh Bhosale added, “The best thing about them is that despite being towering personalities and being on the filmy circuit, they have always been very humble. Even today, when I visit Anandji’s place it’s without any formality, I just drop in and he makes me feel at home! Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan) used to perform a lot of live shows back in the 90’s and his shows were always conducted by Kalyanji-Anandji’s orchestra.” 

Continues Sudesh Bhosale, “Whenever Amitji used to perform, I used to accompany Kalyanji-Anandji for his shows. That’s how I became close to Amitji because we used to travel a lot together and even go for picnics. I’m elated that Anandji was here today to watch me pay a tribute to him and the late Kalyanji.”

Mushkil - Fear Behind You Song Launch With Rajniesh Duggall, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Ravinder Jeet Dariya, Rajiv S Ruia, Mohammed Irfan & Others

The song launch of the film Mushkil – Fear Behind You, held at The View, Andheri West, saw Producer Ravinder Jeet Dariya, Director Rajiv S Ruia, actors Rajniesh Duggall, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Pooja Bisht, Nazia Hussain and Shafaq Naaz, Singer Mohammed Irfan, Music Directors Vardan Singh-Ravi Chopra & Lyricist Anjaan Sagri in attendance. The event witnessed the release of the film’s first song - Ik Siwa Tere crooned by Mohammed Irfan and set to music by Vardan Singh. The song launch was followed by a press conference with the cast and crew. 

Directed by Rajiv S Ruia and produced by Ravinder Jeet Dariya under the banner Big Bat Films, Mushkil – Fear Behind You is the story of four friends who end up at a forbidden castle! 

Says producer Ravinder Jeet Dariya, “Mushkil is a no-expense spared effort! We have shot the film across Greece, Europe and Benares. Director Rajiv S Ruia and the cast have done an amazing job.”

Speaking about the movie, Rajniesh Duggall adds, “The character is very intriguing; the canvas colourful! When the story was narrated to me, I was immediately hooked on.”

Avers Kunaal Roy Kapur, “Mushkil has given me the chance to perform in songs - an experience I have never had and may be never will. I loved every moment of it.”
